What are the payment options?
All prices on this site are in CAD and are subject to change. At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal for payment of orders via crumps.ca . Your credit card/account will be charged when you place your order.
Where do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking information and go to the Canada Post (orders from Canada) or FedEx website (orders from US) to locate your order.

What is Crumps’ Naturals Returns & Refunds policy?
Crumps Naturals has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com or call 1 888 478 4011. Our team will work with you to ensure you receive your refund. We may require you to return the product to us and in this case we will send you a prepaid envelope, or alternatively, reimburse you if we require you to mail it.

Crumps’ Naturals products are manufactured in Canada. We adhere to our own strict guidelines for both food safety and quality as well as the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, US Food and Drug Administration and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) International. We are continually audited by these external agencies to ensure that we are manufacturing products that are of the highest quality and meet their requirements. We have exceeded international quality and safety standards with our “Global Food Safety Certifications” from 2014 to present scoring consistently in the excellent range, year after year. Does Crumps’ Naturals meet AAFCO standards?
Our products are manufactured to the highest international quality benchmarks in our own manufacturing facility allowing us to maintain tight controls and rigorous food safety and quality standards. All Crumps’ Naturals products meet or exceed the AAFCO approved standards.
Are all of your ingredients sourced locally?
